We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore - Brighton. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch disaster recovery services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform water, fire, and smoke damage restoration and mold remediation repairs as directed by supervisors, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, removal and disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, and light construction and demolition.
- Set up and monitor air movers and/or dehumidifiers to ensure efficient drying and moisture control.
- Conduct other cleaning duties, such as construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, when part of mitigation or restoration jobs.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or customer issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Complete assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and follow product label usage instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to reporting to work on time in a clean, complete uniform.

- Must be able to move up to 70 pounds frequently, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

- Must be able to wear respirators, which are used in certain situations, and ensure a proper seal to the face.
