We are currently seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to support the logistics of our transportation operations. This role will involve coordinating logistics activities across Hadco facilities nationwide.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with third-party transportation and logistics providers to oversee dispatching, routing, and compliance with delivery timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Review and analyze invoicing across all locations, ensuring fiscal compliance.
- Partner with the operations manager and sales team to optimize delivery schedules.
- Maintain communication with vendors and customers to ensure that delivery timelines align with customer expectations.
- Adhere to transportation policies, safety regulations, and government mandates.
- Foster a culture of safety by conducting audits and participating in safety meetings.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- CDL experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Travel requirements are minimal, less than 10%.
