Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team at Connect Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop SharePoint templates, workflows, wikis, and dashboards that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Integrate application software, analyze, design, test, and deploy SharePoint solutions.
  • Create and maintain web parts, sites, and sub-sites that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Support the SharePoint RMF working group to suggest enhancements and build a better user interface.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, explore new products and tools, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Update documentation, processes, and customer support documentation as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with a solid technical understanding of SharePoint required.
  • Prior working experience in SharePoint Designer is highly desired.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with SharePoint requirements, design, testing, validation, deployment, and user administration.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in software and web development.
  • Experience with HTML, Javascript, CSS, SQL, and other languages is required.
  • Prior working experience in Visio, PowerShell, and Visual Studio preferred.
  • Prior working experience with Microsoft Access desired.
  • Must be able to take user requirements and translate them into system improvements.
  • Prior experience in cyber risk assessment desired.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Must be able to read and correspond to all communication methods promptly and provide feedback when applicable.
  • Possess excellent planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Candidate must be a quick learner who is passionate about technology and able to learn new technology areas as directed.
  • This position requires onsite work to handle sensitive information and collaborate with the team effectively.
  • Must have an active DoD security clearance.
