About the Position

  • Supervise a team of clinical staff and peer support specialists in Wasilla, Alaska
  • Develop and implement operational plans, manage resources, and evaluate performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community organizations to enhance services
  • Assess client needs, provide individualized care, and coordinate services with other departments
  • Lead regular team meetings, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Support employee growth and development, mentorship, and succession planning

Compensation Package

  • A competitive annual salary range of $93,196 - $120,609 based on experience
  • An annual performance-based bonus up to 15% of your salary
