About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Chicago Heights, Illinois. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in individuals of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients in accordance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support clients' communication needs.
  • Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school or clinical setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
