Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about enhancing the communication abilities of students and making a meaningful difference in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments of speech and language skills for students.
  • Design personalized treatment strategies and objectives to tackle communication challenges.
  • Deliver therapeutic services through both individual and group sessions to promote speech and language growth.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
  • Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting therapy methods as necessary.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a school or pediatric environment is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
