About the Role

As a Marine Coastal Engineer, you will work closely with our design and construction teams to analyze and resolve design issues, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in developing innovative solutions to complex coastal engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver coastal projects, including shore protection, flood risk reduction infrastructure, beach restoration, breakwaters, and jetties
  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to analyze and resolve design issues
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex coastal engineering challenges
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Coastal Engineering
  • 8+ years' related design experience in coastal engineering projects
  • Strong interest in analysis and design, with a focus on integrated design and construction teams
  • Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Ability and willingness to support other activities with similar functions
