Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install mechanical and electrical components for first-of-a-kind cell test stands, ensuring precision and quality in all construction.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Support the installation and integration of test equipment into the infrastructure.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on test infrastructure to ensure continuous operation and reliability.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed assemblies to verify compliance with design specifications.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve build processes and techniques, contributing to a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
  • Strong skills in understanding and executing build plans based on technical drawings.
  • A proactive approach to identifying improvements in build processes.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and timelines, ensuring that build and assembly tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
