About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Aramark Uniform Services. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Baton Rouge, LA territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successfully pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks
  • Sales or customer service experience; OR completion of a college degree within the last 18 months; OR military service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems - Salesforce preferred
