Job Description
The Wine and Spirits Team Leader is responsible for managing the wine and spirits department, ensuring that the store remains stocked, clean, and well-presented. This includes ordering products, receiving shipments, and maintaining relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on wine and spirits products.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering products as needed to ensure the store remains stocked.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with wine and spirits vendors, negotiating prices and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Store Appearance: Ensure the wine and spirits department remains clean and well-presented, with displays and signage that promote products.
Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the wine and spirits industry.
