  2. Handle incoming calls and fulfill patient or caller requests.
  3. Conduct outbound calls, which may involve rescheduling and confirming appointments as directed by management.
  4. Accurately schedule appointments by verifying the date, time, location, and provider details with the patient.
  5. Exercise sound judgment in managing calls and de-escalating situations with upset callers.
Work Environment: In-Person

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Daytime

Weekly Hours: 40
