Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Review Specialist to join our team at Uline. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analyses, preparing reports, and assessing credit risks to protect our company assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth reviews of financial statements, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports to inform business decisions.
  • Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate customer creditworthiness, assess potential risks, and make recommendations to mitigate losses.
  • Order Review and Processing: Analyze a high volume of orders, verify credit limits, and ensure timely processing to meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers regarding past-due balances, cash flow status, and other financial matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of customer orders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, credit, collections, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong analytical and communication skills.
