You will lead system integration projects and teams, develop and execute new growth strategies, and identify new sales opportunities and follow-up on sales leads.

- Independently manages complex projects, staff, and tasks with limited supervision while meeting and exceeding performance expectations

- Facilitates client discussions
- Identifies gaps and shortcomings, and determine necessary workarounds
- Plans and monitors ongoing project tasks
- Delegates tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Assesses best practices and compliance errors and provide technical assistance to clients
- Leads proposal writing teams, including writing sections, coordinating efforts, and preparing proposal submissions
- Prepares other written reports and materials for clients
- Manages daily project functions and client interaction
- Strong quantitative skills and able to analyze and interpret financial data
- Ability to research, analyze, and interpret policy, legal briefs, and regulations
- Able to work independently and consistently achieve excellent results
- Able to work effectively with all members of project teams
- Outstanding oral and written presentation skills
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to successfully identify new business opportunities and up-sell to existing customers
- Bachelor degree or 10 years' experience required, graduate degree preferred
- 5-10 years' relevant work experience
- At least 10 years of experience in technology
- 6+ years of experience developing, bidding, and winning public sector management consulting services, specifically system integration, with progressively increasing level of leadership responsibility
- 6+ years of experience providing a combination of the following services: planning, procurement, project management, implementation, or project oversight services for State governments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional capacity with a minimum Fiscal Year book value of $2M
- Experience working with systems in large-scale integrated/modular environments
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage a team of people
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to executive management, and to influence stakeholders to get things done
- Strong leadership interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills
This position is remote with travel/onsite requirements. PCG is a remote-friendly organization and is committed to creating a culture where remote work remains a vital part of the company's success.
We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $110,000-$135,000

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
