The Student Services Support Specialist will operate under the guidance of the Assistant Director of the Student Services Support Center. This role involves facilitating the daily operations and initiatives of the center, ensuring a seamless experience for students.

1. Collaborate with various departments including Admissions, Recruiting, and Enrollment Services to provide effective and compliant student counseling.
2. Manage student records and conduct outreach efforts through calls and digital communication, addressing inquiries from prospective, current, and former students.
3. Assist in training and mentoring team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Banner, Xtender, and Degree Works is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, alongside problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service are crucial, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Minimum of one to two years of experience in higher education or a related field is preferred, with experience in admissions, financial aid, or bursar services being a plus.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's educational background and professional experience.
