We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Senior Personal Banker to join our team at WesBanco Bank, Inc. As a key member of our banking center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and executing account transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the financial needs of clients and make recommendations to fulfill their needs
  • Meet and exceed defined sales goals for loans, deposits, and WesBanco Securities, Inc. solutions
  • Promote the sales culture within the banking center by demonstrating strong sales and cross-selling skills
  • Communicate and partner effectively with branch staff and peers to promote a team environment
  • Continually monitor performance against banking center goals and adjust individual goals as needed
  • Execute consistent, outbound calling activities and cross-sell consistently
  • Promote company products and services in the community to assist in the continuing growth of the Bank
  • Support proper functioning of all day-to-day operations, including customer service, open and close procedures, and vault duties
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • FINRA SIE Series 6 Licenses required
  • State Life Health and Series 63 or 66 licenses must be obtained within 90 days of start date
  • Minimum of three years of banking, investments, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership skills desired
