The Prelude Network is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team as a Women's Health Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients and collaborating with physicians to manage acute and long-term medical needs.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain comprehensive medical histories and physical data from patients, interpreting and integrating data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Perform complete physical exams and record findings, collaborating with physicians to manage patient care.
- Order laboratory and diagnostic procedures as needed, synthesizing data to determine preliminary diagnoses and therapeutic plans.
- Administer medication and injections according to physician direction, maintaining and reviewing patient records and charts.
- Triage patient telephone calls and provide consultation, performing other related duties as requested by the Clinical Manager.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, with a valid Nurse Practitioner License and ANA Certification.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong background in women's health.
