Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse is a skilled practitioner responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing theory and practice, with a focus on providing exceptional care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve shared goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research to provide evidence-based care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent
- American Academy of Pediatric (AAP) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year of hire
- Fetal Heart Monitoring certification through the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) or National Certification Corporation (NCC) within one year of hire
