Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching. Job Description:
As a Bert/CL Clinician, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with complex behavioral health needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your duties will include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will also participate in ongoing training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices and treatments.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and be licensed by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Behavioral Sciences Examiners (BBSE), as a LCSW, MFT, or Phd/PsyD. You must also have prior work experience in a pediatric mental health setting, acute psychiatric setting, or healthcare setting where mental health crisis assessment of patients occurred. Strong clinical skills in psychosocial assessment and mental health crisis intervention and counseling are essential, as well as the ability to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and provide linkage with mental health resources. Knowledgeable in child, adolescent, young adult, and family psychopathology, as well as familiarity with psychiatric interventions, ICD-10 and DSM-V diagnostic criteria, trauma-informed, culturally competent care, and business software used in behavioral health clinics/clinical departments.
