About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Lowe's. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in a way that showcases our products in the best possible light.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of external experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe's retail experience.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance and work in a fast-paced environment.
