Education Specialist

Sylvan Learning is seeking a part-time Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in a small group setting.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate educator who is committed to fostering a love of learning in their students. You will work closely with our curriculum team to develop and implement personalized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering instruction using Sylvan's proprietary curriculum and digital tools
- Supervising and motivating students to achieve their academic goals
- Providing feedback and recognition to students
- Communicating with center staff to ensure seamless student support
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
We require:
- A bachelor's degree in education or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
