Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough due diligence for M&A and financing transactions
  2. Draft and implement robust privacy and security policies
  3. Negotiate contracts and data processing agreements that ensure data protection
  4. Provide expert advice on product development and deployment
  5. Perform comprehensive privacy compliance assessments

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of federal and state privacy laws
  • Proven experience in due diligence, contract negotiation, and compliance assessments
  • Superior academic credentials and strong professional network
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong references from previous clients and employers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced technologies such as adtech and AI

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
