Job Title: Food Service Leader

The Food Service Leader is responsible for overseeing the food service and beverage operation at Royal Farms. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage food service programs to ensure compliance with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory specifications.
  • Train, coach, and lead the food service team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee inventory, order product and supplies, and ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
  • Meet and/or exceed food and beverage performance and profit goals according to Royal Farms standards.
  • Provide a safe, sanitary, and appetizing food service environment.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
  • At least 1 year food service/restaurant management experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills, and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand as many as eight hours per day.
