About the Role

The Dishwasher is a crucial member of our team at Oak View Group, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in our facilities. As a Part-Time Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled, in accordance with business needs.
  • Operate within established food safety protocols, including M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
  • Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
  • Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is highly desirable.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner.
  • Possession of a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit, if required by state or federal regulations.
