Position Overview

AECOM/Tishman is seeking a Superintendent to oversee a prestigious tower construction project.

  • Provide comprehensive on-site management and technical oversight for various construction initiatives.
  • Lead the organization and execution of construction activities within designated areas, which may involve single or multiple disciplines.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client interactions regarding daily job site operations, coordinating with client representatives as necessary.
  • Ensure that all site operations adhere to design specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with administrative and field management teams, particularly the Project Manager, to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant construction experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with a large general contracting firm.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation processes, including change orders, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Experience in managing subcontractor selection and oversight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Preferred degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

  • This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.

  • This position requires on-site presence and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work arrangements.

The compensation for this role will be determined based on location and individual qualifications, with an expected range of $90,000 to $167,262.00.
