Job Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider will assist in medical care, providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services as delegated. The role requires knowledge of professional theory, discipline of practice, regulations, and practices to deliver patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical examinations using standard medical procedures.
  • Making responsible decisions within the scope of a dependent medical practitioner.
  • Knowledge of drugs and their indication, contraindications, dosing, side effects, and proper administration.
  • Ability to perform medical procedures following established protocols.

Requirements:

A Master's Degree is required, with a graduate degree from an accredited APRN or PA program. A minimum of one-year experience, preferably in a hospital setting, is also necessary. Current licensure in Kansas is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on national averages and our location in Emporia, Kansas. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
