Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes at Adecco. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate across departments to drive process improvements, optimize production, and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity
  • Design and implement tooling and equipment upgrades to support production needs
  • Provide technical assistance to supervisors on day-to-day operations and production planning
  • Review and approve engineering drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct cost analysis and manage vendor relations to optimize procurement and supply chain operations
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities, including 6S and Kaizen events, to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Preferable experience in aerospace manufacturing
  • Familiarity with metal work and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with AS 400 MRP system and manufacturing routers
  • Familiarity with Mil Specs and industry standards

Adecco offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. We provide employees with the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
