Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • A current state RN license or a current multistate compact license.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date.
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date.
  • Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
