Job Description:

TotalMed Allied is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mammography Technologist to join our team as a traveling professional. As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography exams and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform mammography exams using digital mammography equipment
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mammography protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education, ensuring a positive experience for all patients
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Mammography
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
