As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for specifying new manufacturing equipment and managing projects related to pharmaceutical packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Equipment Justification: Perform new equipment justification and set project budgets, determining whether to manufacture in-house or utilize integrators.
  • Vendor Selection: Review vendor quotations and participate in vendor selection, ensuring the best possible solutions for our clients.
  • Documentation and Testing: Create user requirement specifications, equipment change control documentation, bid documents, and testing requirements, as well as review and execute validation documents.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good problem-solving ability.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $40 per hour.
