Job Summary:
The Fitness Ambassador will be the face of our club, providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests. You will work closely with our Club Manager to deliver outstanding service, promote our fitness programs, and contribute to the overall success of our club.
Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Connect with members and guests to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for our fitness programs and services.
- Program Promotion: Promote our fitness programs, including group fitness classes, personal training, and small group training, to drive membership sales and retention.
- Club Operations: Assist with club operations, including monitoring club cleanliness, ensuring that equipment is in good working order, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with members, guests, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fitness or service industry.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Certifications: CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
Work Environment:
- Physical Demands: Some light lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for prolonged periods.
- Schedule: Flexible schedule to support club operations and events.
Compensation: $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
