- Assign daily production tasks to team members and monitor their completion.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards in the preparation, handling, and storage of all food items.
Operational Duties:
- Operate and maintain bakery machinery, manage inventory levels, and oversee customer orders.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of two years of culinary experience, with a strong preference for pastry expertise.
- Proficient in the safe operation of all bakery equipment.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules based on business requirements.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Physical stamina for frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds.
