Position Overview:
- Compensation: $58-63/hour
- Location: Killdeer, North Dakota
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40+ hours
- Assignment Duration: 12 months or more

Qualifications Required:
- Associate's degree, ideally supplemented by relevant technical training
- Experience in the upkeep of electrical systems and instrumentation within processing or offshore production facilities
- Knowledge of regulations governing oil and gas operations
- Familiarity with OIMS systems and related documentation
- Compliance with safety, administrative, and technical training requirements as outlined in the company training roadmap
- Possession of general competencies and Operations Integrity Critical competencies as per the company training roadmap
- Proficient computing skills
- Strong safety orientation, effective communication abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and troubleshooting capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, update, and manage all activities within designated areas, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, standards, and procedures, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental considerations
- Encourage collaboration among operations, engineering, and project teams
- Review and provide input on control specifications and work practices
- Accountable for electrical and control systems as per the Work Management Manual
- Knowledgeable in applying and following work permits through the Permit To Work System (PTWS)
- Ensure quality and timely execution of tasks outlined in the Maintenance Program
- Enhance personal and team technical skills through ongoing learning of new regulations, equipment, and methods
- Maintain open communication regarding electrical and control issues with colleagues
- Support work prioritization to optimize effectiveness and align with other work groups
- Provide technical assistance to fellow technicians for maintenance and troubleshooting of the company's electrical and instrumentation systems
- Generate Management of Change requests (MOCs) for electrical and control-related equipment and installations, ensuring compliance with Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) standards
- Oversee the construction, monitoring, and inspection of new installations, recommending upgrades as necessary
- Act as a substitute for the Instrument and Electrical Lead when required
