Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, including Box erectors, strappers, wrappers, labelers, generators, air compressors, and automated picking systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and building systems, working closely with Senior Facilities Technicians as needed.
  • Utilize computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications to support production environment needs.
  • Support all shifts as required, including 3rd shift Monday - Friday (12:00 AM - 8:30 AM or until completed).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and vendors, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
  • Embrace ongoing system and equipment learning and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Perform general building and office maintenance tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.00/hr, plus a $0.25 shift differential, with an 8% incentive bonus plan.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related experience in maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn new equipment and technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize deviations from accepted practices and adjust accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and vendors.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and perform general labor tasks, including ladder and scissor lift use.
  • Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 operation, including nights and weekends as needed.
