Job Overview

Merry Maids is seeking a skilled Residential House Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning experiences for our clients.

Salary: $1,200 - $2,400 per week

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean customer homes using Merry Maids' unique cleaning procedures and products
  • Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances are clean and sanitized
  • Vacuum stairways and hard surface floors
  • Dust furniture and electronics
  • Move furniture and equipment as needed
  • Carry cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers' homes
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds of equipment in and out of an average of 4 homes a day
  • Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
