Role Overview:
Lead clinical research initiatives in accordance with study protocols while delivering direct patient care to study participants.
Assist in the preparation, submission, and oversight of compliance documentation throughout all phases of the research project.
Support the selection, education, assessment, and monitoring of research participants. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless participant care in adherence to protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and research outcomes using designated formats and systems. Regularly communicate patient and study findings to the research team.
Engage in quality assurance and improvement activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards of care and regulatory mandates.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license from the Kansas Board of Nursing required prior to employment or transfer.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or required professional licensure at the time of hire.
- Preferred experience in oncology nursing and clinical settings.
