Speech-Language Pathologist in Dorchester

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLP, you will work within a school environment, delivering essential speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
- Administer direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
- Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Possess current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
