Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Studio Movie Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring consistency and quality in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests in a timely and professional manner, verify guests' ages, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner at the bar.
  • Food and Beverage Delivery: Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames.
  • Suggestive Selling: Consistently use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
  • Inventory Management: Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar, assist in placing orders for liquor and bar-related supplies, and conduct inventory of all liquor and bar-related supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a full-service bar.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation, ability to stand on feet for an extended period, ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Impeccable character, verbal communication skills, and accurate math and cash handling skills.
