Responsibilities and Daily Duties

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers daily, providing an exceptional sales and service experience. You will be equipped with the knowledge and resources to assist customers with their financial needs, and you will be proactive in tracking and reporting your sales and referral activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in customer service in a retail sales environment
  • Experience with needs-based selling and providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience working in Retail Banking is preferred
Work Schedule

This position works banking hours Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with some Saturdays required from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. Community activities may require evening and weekend hours, and day travel may be required for meetings and training.
