Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with senior sales and marketing leaders to develop a 3-5 year sales strategy;
• Creating share of wallet analysis, sales pipeline, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts to execute the plan;
• Identifying gaps in sales budget and forecasts and developing an action plan to mitigate these gaps;
• Gathering competitive intelligence on products, regulations, technologies, and business risks at an account level;
• Negotiating supply, pricing, and payment agreements with key customers in collaboration with the sales director;
• Utilizing CRM for reporting customer-facing activities;
• Demonstrating clear product and technology expertise;

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong history of building cross-functional relationships, good presentation skills, and be self-motivated and results-focused. A bachelor's degree in sales or marketing and 5-10 years' experience in sales roles are also required.
