About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at EmpowerMe Wellness, a leading provider of fully integrated healthcare services to senior living communities nationwide. As an OT, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy and wellness services to older adults in a variety of care settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Provide occupational therapy and wellness services to older adults, including activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive skills
  • Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives
  • Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
  • Optimize each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction

Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (new grads welcome)
  • Current state licensure in OT
