As an Occupational Therapist with CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients referred for occupational therapy services. Your expertise will be utilized to assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and ensure seamless follow-up and discharge planning. You will also actively contribute to clinical aspects of the department, including program development, department operations, and Performance Improvement activities. Additionally, you will supervise and coordinate the Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant Student programs, as well as supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and Volunteers.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in the area of Occupational Therapy. You must also be licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners of Texas and hold BLS certification. Additionally, you must successfully complete the pre-employment/post job offer health screening examination and the annual screening, each year thereafter as an employee.
Work Environment:
