Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a skilled LVN to join our team at PACS Inc in Marysville, CA. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider, and monitoring patients' vital signs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the RN or physician.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents.
- Provide basic nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety by responding promptly to call lights and addressing patient needs.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately documenting patient care, observations, and interventions in the medical record, maintaining open and effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and participating in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Graduate of an accredited LVN program and a Current and valid LVN license in the state of California. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care facility is preferred, and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. We also value strong clinical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
