About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst Lead to join our team at Lorven Technologies in Washington, DC. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum.

Job Description

The Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst Lead will play a key role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Extracting and analyzing complex data from various sources, including relational databases, EDW, and Foundry, to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality dashboards and reports using Tableau, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication of insights
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice on data analysis and visualization best practices
  • Cultivating a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and continuous learning among team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in SAS development, including SAS/Macro, Data Step, and SAS/Access, as well as experience with Tableau and SQL
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior analysts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in a matrix structure, with a strong understanding of Agile project management principles
Desired Skills

Prior experience in quality assurance and validation, specifically comparing multiple data sources for discrepancies and inconsistencies, is highly desirable.
