- Develop a high-quality wealth management practice that provides personalized strategies for clients.
- Enhance and preserve relationships with key partners to increase client introductions and engagement.
- Proactive client and prospect outreach promoting Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
- Grow existing relationships through partnership referrals.
- Tailor wealth management planning to meet client needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) licenses are active and valid.
- A valid Insurance Life/Health/Variable license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment.
- A minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role is commissioned based, with individuals historically earning between $105,000 and $250,000 per year based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
