We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at SOVAH Danville. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and report patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current VA (or Multi-state) RN license
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
- Experience in clinical area preferred
- Telemetry: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association required, or obtained within six (6) months of hire
- $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility for full-time, bedside RNs
- $4 Shift differential (2nd shift & evenings), $1 shift differential (weekends)
