Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Adult Behavioral Health Unit at SSM Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with mental health issues.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Implement and record physician orders, ensuring accurate and timely care delivery.
  • Monitor patients and the environment for safety and take proactive steps to prevent harm.
  • Supervise and educate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and technicians to ensure high-quality care.
  • Document all nursing care and adhere to SSM Health's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensure.
  • No experience required, but a passion for delivering exceptional patient care is essential.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or a compact multi-state license.
