We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Research Psychiatric Center. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will provide exceptional care to adolescents and adults suffering from emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Participate in treatment team conferences to revise and implement care plans.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current State of practice RN licensure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- BLS certification.
- Previous clinical experience in inpatient psychiatric care preferred.
