  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 30 pounds, as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent exposure to outdoor climate and weather conditions. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a property management setting.
