- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
