Position Overview:

The Landscape Maintenance Technician position at ABM focuses on the upkeep of outdoor spaces by executing a variety of horticultural tasks in accordance with established industry practices. This role is suitable for individuals without prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must hold a valid Driver's license
  • No educational qualifications such as a high school diploma, GED, or college degree are necessary

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior relevant experience is advantageous
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Delegating tasks to team members
  • Ensuring that service standards are achieved as per the outlined schedule
  • Providing guidance to team members on training and safety measures
